Jennifer Welsh es catedrática de Relaciones Internacionales y miembro del Somerville College de la Universidad de Oxford. Es autora de At Home in the World: Canada's Global Vision for the 21st Century (2004), Edmund Burke and International Relations (1995), y de un libro de próxima publicación sobre "la soberanía como responsabilidad".
