Carl C. Hodge es profesor de Ciencias Políticas en el Okanagan College de Columbia Británica.
Ha publicado numerosos artículos sobre historia, política comparada y relaciones internacionales en Europa y Estados Unidos. Entre sus libros destacan Shepherd of Democracy?
